Refund/Exchange Policy

The Silky Cosmetics return/exchange policy is as follows:

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of products.

Silky Cosmetics does not cover return shipping costs.

Once your return is delivered, our team will process your refund. To exchange a product, please contact us at email info@silkycosmetics.nl

*Please note Silky Cosmetics will pay for any shipping costs on returns where the cause of the return was a mistake we made.
